Ted Wakefield
For much of his career, Ted worked in the music industry as a Tour Manager, overseeing musicians on tours across the globe. The role gave him the opportunity to travel extensively and experience unforgettable moments from a young age. However, over time, the demands of that lifestyle led to unhealthy habits and poor choices that began to affect both his mental and physical well-being.
In his early 30s, after facing a series of personal challenges, Ted recognised that his lifestyle was unsustainable and knew it was time to make a change. On June 5, 2022, he made a commitment to hold himself accountable for his health and future.
Since then, Ted has dedicated himself to helping others realise their potential and embrace healthier lifestyles through training. His approach goes beyond physical fitness, aiming to inspire positive changes that can influence every area of life from relationships and careers to overall well-being.
For Ted, training is not just about the time spent in the gym; it represents the accountability and balance he strives to maintain in all aspects of life.
